HGTV Beachfront Bargain Hunt

I had the joy of helping Ania and Kyle from Chicago find their new St. Croix vacation home on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt! With a budget of $375,000, they were looking for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom family getaway with nice outdoor space, amazing views, a pool, and a location that’s close to the beach. Ania wanted to find something that was move-in ready, but Kyle was ok with a property with potential that may need a few renovations. I showed them two houses and two condos. Which one did they choose? Watch the episode now!

Testimonials

My husband and I looked for a home on St. Croix for almost a year before were contacted David to help us. Once we got David on board with us it was so much easier. We were trying to purchase the home in St. Croix from our home in Neosho MO. David was very professional and patient with us. After about 9 monthes, 2 trips to St. Croix and looking at several condos and houses we were able to find the perfect home with David's help. Kristi, his assistant is an angel, both her and David always looked after our best interest. If you are serious about purchasing a home in St. Croix, contact David Fedeles, his knowledge and expertise is in our opinion the best. ~ Will and Lynn
