I had the joy of helping Ania and Kyle from Chicago find their new St. Croix vacation home on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt! With a budget of $375,000, they were looking for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom family getaway with nice outdoor space, amazing views, a pool, and a location that’s close to the beach. Ania wanted to find something that was move-in ready, but Kyle was ok with a property with potential that may need a few renovations. I showed them two houses and two condos.
