SPRING has sprung in St. Croix… our flora is in bloom and we’ve seen some of our snowbirds depart after a whirlwind season of art shows, food events, wine tastings, and enjoying all that the island has to offer! After a blistering winter in the northeast, we are pleased to see the number of people who have visited, many of whom have taken advantage of some great buying opportunities in the housing and condo market… see the statistics at the bottom of my News to show the increase in sales over last year!
