This home has been very well maintained. Since hurricanes Irma and Maria, the roof has been re-taped and re-coated (even though no damage to roof). The cisterns have been recoated. There's a brand new leach field for the septic.
The owners have also installed all new fans - energy efficient and quiet, ACs (about 6 years old), new doors and a new slider in living area. A roof was added to the deck area, making the space much more usable and enjoyable. The view is just incredible!
There are two refrigerators, one is about 1.5 years old, the other is older, and a new stove, and new washer.
