More related to his real estate involvement, Fedeles also serves on the Territorial level for VITAR, acronym for the Virgin Islands Territorial Association of Realtors, as the USVI Federal Political Coordinator.  That being said, Fedeles serves as the conduit to our own Delegate Stacey Plaskett, and hosts quarterly meetings of VITAR Leadership with the Congresswoman and her staff regarding real estate issues that impact the Territory.  Fedeles also serves as the VI Delegate to the National Association of Realtors’ Multiple Listing Policy Issues Committee.

He is quite active socially on island, and currently is a member of Ha’Penny Beach Club where he most recently served as President for two years to help direct the Club through COVID-19 issues as it impacted membership and financial issues.  He is also a member of the St. Croix Yacht Club.  He also served for nine years as a Trustee on the Board of Good Hope School, a non-sectarian, non-profit, college preparatory school in Frederiksted, St. Croix.

Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, David spent over ten years holding key executive positions in corporate sales, marketing, and general management with various Fortune 100 firms. He is a graduate of the College of William & Mary, Williamsburg, Virginia. David was an exchange student in Santiago, Chile, and speaks fluent Spanish.

Stephen Swanton, Licensed Sales Assistant

Stephen Swanton moved to St. Croix in 2015 from California, having always dreamed of living in the Caribbean. Stephen had been an avid cyclist prior to moving to St. Croix, but he had never participated in any endurance racing. In 2015, Stephen signed up for a cycling race and a triathlon, on a whim, without even knowing how to swim! Since then, he used a systematic and data-driven approach combined with dedication and discipline to become a top triathlete and elite cyclist on St. Croix and he is a Vice President of the Virgin Islands Triathlon Federation. He has competed at the international level in both cycling and triathlon and he was the overall winner of the 2018 “Beauty and the Beast Triathlon” (formerly the Ironman 70.3 race). In his training, Stephen has explored every inch of this beautiful island and he uses that knowledge to help clients find their perfect island homes, condos, or plots of land. Stephen is looking forward to helping others find the same joy and fulfillment he has found since moving to St. Croix.
