David has a sales and marketing background and moved to St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, on a whim 30 years ago. Stephen got in to real estate after purchasing a home on St. Croix from David Fedeles.
David loves taking buyers out house hunting on St. Crox. He works with a lot of second home and vacation home buyers who live stateside, but want to have getaway or investment property in paradise. Stephen enjoys photographing properties and doing drone work, then sharing photos and videos on social media. These qualities make Team Fedeles the best team to buy or sell a home on St. Croix!
